Orion Strike Fleet
Command Staff
Positions
Listed below are Command Staff positions and descriptions within the
Orion Strike Fleet, and in the order of Command level responsibilities. Each COMSTA
position will eventually have a link to their appropriate website when constructed.
- Commander In Chief (CNC) - Commands
the overall Fleet Operations
- Secretary of Fleet Operations (SFO) - Is responsible to employ the
orders of the Commander In Chief and ensure the
smooth operation of fleet wide activities, as well as making decisions on what medals are
issued and to whom. Will also ensure the placement of new members.
- Secretary of Tactical Combat (STC) -
Is
responsible for the Tactical & Defensive side of the Fleet. Is entrusted with the job of creating
a ships manual describing their abilities for use within the Fleet. Will create a tactics
team to compile a Tactics Manual for all approved battles/missions. He
also has the job of
accepting new battle/mission submissions from the Fleet. Will create a Beta Testing Team,
for testing, editing/fixing/debugging all submitted battles/missions.
Makes all final approvals on which new battles/missions are for Fleet use.
Is responsible for reviewing the deficiencies detected by the editing of a pilots *.tfr file
(as an example) when turned in by a Squadron Leader or above.
- Secretary of Fleet Training (SFT) - Handles Fleet wide training,
and the Imperial Fleet Academy. Is responsible for
the training of new recruits and preparing them for the Fleet. Will also issue graduation
certificates upon a completed course taken by a member of the OSF. Entrusted
with the operations of the Imperial War College. Is responsible for the Fleet wide
distribution of courses that will be available. Will conduct fleet wide surveys for new
courses, and post-surveys of courses currently available to ensure complete accuracy.
- Chief Judge Advocate (CJA) - Entrusted
with running the Imperial Supreme Courts. Is responsible for the interpreting the laws in
regards to the Orion Strike Fleet. The overseer of all legal action within the Fleet.
the CJA is also responsible for the security of the Fleet and all Internet Communications,
will be responsible to ensure that all OSF Laws updated and followed. Will head up any and
all investigations (i.e. Courts-Martial cases).
- Chief of Fleet Intelligence (CFI) - Entrusted
with the operations of the Imperial Intelligence Agency. Is responsible for the Fleet wide
Intelligence Operations. Will seek out other factions, infiltrate, gather information useful to the OSF.
Always looking across the Internet for valuable resources to ensure the most accurate information is passed out to the
Fleet.
- Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) - Handles
Naval Operations.
- Chief of Marine Operations (CMO) - Handles
Marine Operations.
- Chief Ambassador (CA) - Entrusted
with the operations of the Imperial Embassy of the Orion Strike Fleet. Is the head
Ambassador of the Imperial Embassy, and will eventually have 2 liaison's. He/she will is
responsible for locating areas for recruiting and talking with other on-line clubs as the
OSF liaison.
